Desired Skills and Experience

The team seeks a highly qualified and energetic Architect Software Engineer responsible for developing scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant transactional and distributed systems. Responsibilities include architecture, design, and hands-on implementation.

• Experienced technical leader who has successfully transitioned an on-premises product to the cloud at a reasonable production scale.
• Proven expertise in multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, and Java programming, with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• Effective communicator capable of presenting to executives, collaborating with peer architects, and guiding junior engineers in design documentation.
• Hands-on professional willing to write or review code as needed.
• Relational database experience is a plus.
• Strong mentorship and conflict resolution skills; approachable, calm under pressure, and trusted by colleagues.
• 15+ years of professional experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of experience.
