Your expertise will help these organizations deliver an exceptional customer experiencewhile streamlining their ticketing and operational processes.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to gather and document requirementsfor software implementation.
• Implement and configurethe Galaxy suite of products based on customer needs.
• Provide on-site system and operational design evaluations, offering suggestions for modifications and best practices.
• Deliver basic Galaxy module trainingto customer teams, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
• Support customers during go-live activities, ensuring a successful implementation.
• Work with all levels of customer management, from front-line staff to executives, to drive successful implementations.
