Job summary

LabWare is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementations of our software products across North America. You will coordinate scope, schedule, cost, risk, and issues, and provide periodic status reports to management, customers, and end-users.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 4 years of Technical Project Manager experience in software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% for interstate and international engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years Technical Project Manager experience in software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementations of our software products.
• Provide periodic status reports and presentations to management, customers, and end-users.
• Manage customers and their expectations.
• Maintain change control process for projects and revise test cases and results.

• Create and maintain technical and business documentation.
