Our client, a leader in the medical technology industry, is seeking a Software/Hardware Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting testing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

1. Execute test scripts, protocols, and procedures created by Test Engineers to validate medical products.
2. Perform testing on hardware devices and digital solutions, including mobile apps, embedded systems, and cloud-connected products.
3. Accurately record test results, observations, defects, and anomalies following quality and regulatory guidelines.
4. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment, devices, and lab environments.
5. Participate in daily team activities, stand-ups, and defect review meetings.

Qualifications

1. Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test procedures.
3. Experience with hardware and software products.
4. Good networking background and familiarity with test equipment and computers.
5. Ability to document test results clearly and communicate findings effectively.
