Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to develop high‑performance, embedded software for real‑time systems across multiple domains. This role covers the full software life cycle from requirements through delivery, with guidance on design tradeoffs where needed.

Required are 3–5 years in software engineering, a bachelor’s in CS/CE/EE, strong C/C++ and Rust skills, and experience with UML/SysML and embedded debugging tools. On‑site at Draper in Cambridge.

Qualifications
