Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, you will:

1. Identify opportunities for improvement within existing ServiceNow operations and propositions.
2. Play a key role in sales cycles by delivering demos, preparing client presentations, and designing solution architectures.
3. Provide thought leadership and business insights to address client issues related to ServiceNow.
4. Manage and guide ServiceNow project delivery, including configuration, integration, and testing.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their current ServiceNow environment and develop tailored solution plans.
6. Ensure smooth migration from development to production and validate implementations with stakeholders.
7. Oversee project quality and governance alongside IBM project and account teams.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Education & Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years in IT Service Management, project handling, and ServiceNow platform implementation.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with ServiceNow platform implementation.
• 3-5 years of active experience as an architect.
• Experience with ServiceNow processes, ITSM tools, and integrations with systems like SAP, Workday, or third-party ticketing tools.
• CTA certification with ServiceNow is required; additional ServiceNow certifications and ITIL are preferred.
