Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions.
2. Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations, and designing solution architecture.
3. Provide thought leadership and business insights to address client issues related to ServiceNow solutions.
4. Manage and guide ServiceNow project delivery, providing technical guidance.
5. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Project handling, Process & ServiceNow Technical Consulting, and Platform implementation.
• 7-10 years of active experience as an architect.
• CTA certification with ServiceNow.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow platform and processes, including ITSM and ITOM.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with web applications, networks, protocols, and email.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration projects with external systems like WORKDAY, SAP, etc.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like GRC, HRSD, etc.
