Responsibilities

• Lead teams through the entire software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and communicate project status and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and facilitate cross-team communication.
• Develop and implement new processes and ideas for project success.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-9 years managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Experience with multimedia processing, especially video capture and playback.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, with critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering or QA experience.

Compensation and Benefits
