Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for Vision Products to drive cross-functional system engineering and program management across hardware and software teams.

You will define requirements, validation plans, and coordinate resolution of architecture gaps to keep projects on schedule. The role emphasizes leading development across domains (electrical, mechanical, algorithm and software) with a strong customer focus, while coordinating with global partners and traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
• 5+ years of project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of consumer electronics system architectures.
• Ability to drive cross-functional development and resolve integration gaps.
• Experience planning and executing development in advanced consumer electronics products.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional development of requirements and validation plans at product, system and module levels.
• Identify critical questions and organize teams to find efficient answers.
• Explain impacts of technical decisions on customer experience clearly and concisely.
• Resolve architectural and integration gaps to inform subsequent engineering builds.
