Vylor, Inc. is seeking an innovative Software Engineering Manager to own the outcomes and growth of a single engineering team within Integrated Enterprise Systems.

You will drive delivery health, cost, and reliability, while fostering a culture of quality, security, and responsible execution. You will hire, coach, and develop engineers, align priorities with measurable business outcomes, and build strong cross-functional partnerships across regions and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience leading engineers, including hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance.
• Experience delivering in cloud, data platforms, DevSecOps, and SRE contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, health, and growth of one engineering team within Integrated Enterprise Systems.
• Manage delivery health, cost, and operational performance with a culture of quality and reliability.
• Coach and hire, set expectations, and build an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Lead incident response, manage technical debt, and foster cross-functional partnerships.
