Vylor Des Moines is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead one engineering team within Integrated Enterprise Systems. You will drive outcomes, health, and growth, ensuring quality, security, and reliable delivery across initiatives.

You will hire, coach, and empower engineers, translating business goals into executable plans, while collaborating with product, security, and operations teams to reduce risk and improve velocity.

Enough technical depth is required to hold credible discussion with the team. Typically 5-10 years of experience, including leading engineers.
