Job summary

Standard Process in Palmyra, WI seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a single team of engineers delivering reliable, secure eCommerce and enterprise features. You will drive CI/CD, testing, code quality, backlog readiness, and smooth handoffs across Plan, Run, and Protect domains.

Requirements include 6+ years in software development, leadership experience, and strong PHP/Symfony with API tooling; familiarity with OroCommerce, Magento, and ERP integrations is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong background in PHP/Symfony and API tooling for integration patterns.
• Experience leading a software team delivering eCommerce features and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team-level CI/CD, testing, and code review standards to ensure quality.
• Guide sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.
• Provide hands-on guidance in PHP/Symfony and integration patterns.
• Manage technical debt and coordinate with stakeholders on delivery metrics.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
