Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with full stack development across backend and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
• Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role.
• Develop the mid-term technical roadmap within the scope of the team.
• Design, guide and vet systems designs and write code to solve problems.
• Review code and ensure best practices across the team.
