Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or related compute/storage hardware.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an engineering team, staffing, career growth and high-performance environment.
• Own strategy, scoping, and outcomes for modernizing data delivery infrastructure.
• Accelerate data pipeline cadence to daily releases and manage high-QPS, low-latency servers.
• Guide architecture through ambiguity by breaking down large-scale data/infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and power foundational data infrastructure.
