1. Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
2. Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
3. Participate in technical design
4. Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain
5. Define and influence product strategy
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
7. 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP
8. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
9. BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)
**Public Compensation:**
$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
