As the Software Engineering Manager for DIGI, you'll lead a highly technical engineering team responsible for building scalable software and data platform solutions that power critical business and technology decisions across the company. While DIGI does not directly operate or optimize the network, the team's insights drive strategic decisions that shape customer experience, network investment, device performance, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.

The Device Intelligence & Geospatial Insights (DIGI) team develops the engineering platforms and trusted data products that help T-Mobile understand what customers are experiencing on the network.
The team collects, manages, and transforms large-scale device diagnostics into reusable data products, geospatial intelligence, and AI-enabled insights that enable teams across T-Mobile to identify customer-impacting issues faster, prioritize network investments, improve device performance, and measure the impact of network changes.
Rather than operating the network directly, DIGI builds the software, platforms, and intelligence that help business and technical teams make better decisions.
DIGI owns the engineering and delivery of software platforms and data products that transform large-scale device diagnostics into trusted business insights.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $157,090 - $283,245 National Base Pay Range: $136,600 - $246,300

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
