Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or related field (Required)
  • 7+ years related experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate strategy with quantitative analysis (Required)
  • Experience in B2B, Product Strategy, or Telecom (Preferred)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytics experience (Required)
  • Ability to present to executives and influence decisions (Required)
  • Project management experience with ability to manage roadmaps (Preferred)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (Required)

Job Overview

This role supports business growth by identifying market opportunities and analyzing competitive trends within the business development function. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform complex analyses and develop strategic recommendations for key business decisions. Job Responsibilities

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
  • 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills. (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $155,640 - $280,800

National Base Pay Range: $129,700 - $234,000

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
