Ladders is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Billing, to lead and scale the billing engineering function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on usage-based charges, accurate invoicing, and reliable financial reporting in a remote setup.

You will guide a team that collaborates with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to balance customer trust with business growth, hiring engineers, and shaping the long-term billing roadmap.

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineering Manager, Billing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and scaling the engineering function behind usage-based billing. You will guide a team responsible for the systems that translate product usage into accurate charges, reliable invoicing, and trustworthy financial reporting. The role partners closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure billing operations support both customer trust and business growth.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
