Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Salt Lake City, on-site, direct hire. You will lead software engineers and QA, coach teams, and partner with product, architecture, and DevOps to drive secure, scalable solutions.

You will raise engineering standards, improve delivery predictability, manage risks and dependencies, and push for automation and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5+ years of leadership / people management experience.
• Proven success delivering across multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and team-building capability.
• Solid technical background with architecture input and key decisions.
