Job summary

Election Systems & Software, LLC is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Product Development team in Omaha, NE. You will mentor engineers, promote a strong engineering culture, and drive timely delivery of high-quality software.

In this role you will partner with Product Owners, Architects, and leadership to shape product design, timelines, and implementation while applying secure coding practices and a shift-left approach.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software development/engineering with C#, Java, C++, Angular, and SQL Server.
• 2+ years leadership/people management experience.

• 5+ years of software development/engineering experience, with core languages like C#, Java, and C++, as well as web-based frameworks like Angular and relational database management systems like SQL Server
• AI and SDET experience is a plus
• 2+ years of leadership and/or people management experience
