Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and 8–10+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
• Previous experience serving as Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Team Lead or Proxy Manager in an Agile environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead SWE efforts with ~50% hands-on engineering and 50% leadership, mentoring and coordination.
• Translate stakeholder requests into design specifications, code, tests and automation artifacts.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and communicate status, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Drive architecture decisions, engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise principles.
