Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
• Experience as Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Proxy Manager in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture stakeholder requests and translate into engineering artifacts (design specs, source code, test scripts).
• Partner with architects to ensure solutions align with EA principles and best practices.
• Lead as a SWE Lead with ~50% hands-on coding and 50% leadership/mentoring responsibilities.
• Perform design, coding, reviews, testing, production support, and automation tasks.
