Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
- Experience serving as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead SWE with ~50% hands-on coding and 50% technical leadership.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with PMs, BSA and architects to translate requirements into engineering artifacts.
- Support production issues and automate processes to improve delivery.
