Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in New York, NY. You will assist the engineering team on AI/ML projects related to the MechoNet and SolarTrac tools, helping with design, coding, and testing activities.

This paid internship offers cross‑functional exposure, mentor guidance, and hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving consumer products company, with opportunities to build practical software skills and learn industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Software Engineering major preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with mentor on applying AI/ML to our MechoNet Commissioning Tool.
• Create and test design specifications.
• Develop code to apply troubleshooting of network based on an address table.
• Interface with SolarTrac Commissioning Tool.
• Assemble prototypes and execute testing.
• Establish SOPs for specific test processes.
• Run tests and document results.

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Engineering Team! The Software Engineering Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
