Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands, headquartered in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across DriveTime, Bridgecrest and SilverRock using cutting-edge tech. This paid, on-site internship runs 11 weeks from May 2027 to August 2027, with a 40-hour work week.

You’ll work in an Agile, fast-paced environment and be mentored by industry professionals. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in IT/CS with a GPA of 3.5+; relocation

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineering intern for our Summer 2027 internship program. Our Software Engineering teams here at the DriveTime Family of Brands support several different business verticals including; DriveTime, Bridgecrest and SilverRock. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working with cutting‑edge technologies.

In short, the Software Engineering intern will:

• Work with the latest technologies and platforms including Angular, Ionic, .NET/C#, Node.js, Microsoft Azure & more
• Build real‑world experience within a dynamic face‑paced (Agile), and professional organization.
• Drive several exciting initiatives, help solve problems, no matter how big or small
• Work on business‑critical projects built around cutting‑edge technologies

The Specifics.

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s with a graduation date of December 2027 – May 2028
• You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Degree in Information Technology, computer science, or related field
• Experience in software, web, and application development
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2027 to August 2027
• Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ
• You can expect a regular on‑site schedule Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week
• Relocation assistance not provided
