Job summary

Matrice AI is seeking a backend engineer-in-training for the Batch 2026/2027/2028 to contribute to our web infrastructure and API design. You will collaborate on connecting trained models to live backend systems, and you will build scalable NoSQL database solutions to support production workloads.

The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and applying solid CS fundamentals while rapidly picking up Go and MongoDB in a practical setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Comfort with Go programming language, or enthusiasm to pick it up quickly on the job.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL database systems, or readiness to develop that skill.
• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures fundamentals, or commitment to deepening this knowledge.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and genuine enthusiasm for writing code.
