About the role:

• You will work on real software engineering challenges across the Blacklitt Technologies stack, contributing meaningfully to production and internal systems
• You will write, test and refine code under guidance, learning industry practices and standards alongside experienced engineers
• You will participate in code reviews, design discussions and team standups to deepen your understanding of the development process
• You will take ownership of assigned tasks from conception through completion, seeking feedback and support as needed

What you'll work on:

• Building and maintaining software features using your core programming skills
• Debugging and optimizing code, focusing on correctness and quality
• Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and ship reliable solutions

What we're looking for:

• Freshers or professionals with 0–2 years of experience
• Currently in the final year of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field, or already completed such a degree
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms and basic object-oriented programming principles
• Hands‑on experience writing code in at least one of Python, JavaScript or Java
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Clear communication skills, both in writing and conversation
• A mindset of curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies
• Willingness to own your work and drive it toward completion
• Comfort working in teams and the maturity to ask for help when you get stuck

Nice to have:
