Job summary

Ramp is seeking iOS interns for 12 or 16 weeks in NYC. You will join a nimble engineering team and own features from inception to production, impacting Ramp's mobile experience.

You'll work with Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode, ship new iOS features, collaborate with Product and Design, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment while contributing to Ramp's mobile stack.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS or higher in Computer Science or related field, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Experience with Swift and/or iOS development through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of mobile development concepts.
• Experience building a mobile app, feature, or relevant project.
• Ability to turn product ideas into thoughtful engineering solutions.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, graduating December 2027 or later

• Experience with Swift and/or iOS development through internships, coursework, or personal projects

• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of mobile development concepts

• Experience building a mobile app, feature, or relevant project

• Ability to turn product ideas into thoughtful engineering solutions

• Desire to learn quickly, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SwiftUI

• Familiarity with mobile design patterns and best practices

• Experience shipping an iOS app or feature to real users

• Exposure to technologies in our mobile stack, including Swift Concurrency, The Composable Architecture, Bazel, OpenAPI, or Buildkite

• Experience with web or backend development

Compensation

• The monthly rate for this internship is $12,500 USD + housing stipend
