Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is offering a Software Engineering Intern position in the Chicagoland area. You’ll work with experienced engineers to develop and support warehouse management and e-commerce applications across the full stack.

The 10-week summer program runs early June through mid-August and emphasizes real ownership, collaboration, and professional development in a fast-paced, agile team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field with strong academic record.
• Experience with Java and/or JavaScript through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML/CSS/JS) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features for business and e-commerce apps.
• Code, test, deploy, and support software solutions.
• Analyze and fix defects and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Create unit tests and support automated testing efforts.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve apps and processes.
• Write documentation to support maintenance and usability.
• Engage in solution design discussions with the team.
