Job summary

Acorns is seeking current college juniors (graduating 2027) for a software engineering internship. The 10-week program runs in Summer 2026.

You’ll collaborate with product, mobile, frontend, and QA teams to design, build, and ship features and infrastructure, owning a project from concept to delivery within an embedded engineering team. Mentorship and real-world experience are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in CS, SE, ML, math, stats, or related field.
• Junior standing; graduating 2027.
• Willing to commit to a 10-week full-time internship starting June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, mobile, frontend, and QA to plan, build, and ship features and infrastructure.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code focused on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Produce clear design and development documentation for long-term maintainability.
