Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to aid data-driven decisions.
- Develop AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
- Support process automation and digital transformation projects.
- Help build automated shift passdowns and reporting tools.
- Develop continuous improvement tools supporting root cause analysis and 5-Why investigations.
- Assist with digital solutions for safety programs and 5S assessments.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement projects.
