Who we are looking for We are modernizing a mission-critical custody and securities processing platform supporting high-volume post-trade operations. The platform processes large-scale financial transactions with stringent requirements for availability, resiliency, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across both legacy and modern technology environments. We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong technical leadership experience to lead engineering teams providing system architecture design and team leadership bridging the gap between high-level product goals and everyday technical execution. This role is ideal for someone who: Leads high-performing engineering teams responsible for mission-critical financial platforms Navigates complex technical and operational challenges in high-volume transaction processing environments Influences technology strategy, platform evolution, and modernization initiatives Drives architectural decisions, integration patterns, and engineering best practices across the organization

Work Requirements

Salary Range: $120,000 - $217,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
