Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a part-time Information Systems Support Coordinator to join our team in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.

The role focuses on triaging and managing support tickets, communicating with users and developers, and contributing to user guides and documentation. The ideal candidate will have an Associate or technical degree, 2 years of customer service experience, and familiarity with ticket systems like Jira, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding standard computer system terminology.
• Strong technical aptitude with a desire to understand software platforms.
• Ability to work independently under guidance of a senior team member.
• Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).

We are seeking a part-time Information Systems Support Coordinator to join our growing team! Job Description:

• Assist in managing the incoming flow of support tickets, including reviewing support backlog themes, ensuring correct categorization
• Act as the primary interface between users and developers providing updates on ticket status
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of how-to guides and documentation
• Provide basic reporting on ticket volumes and recurring trends to leadership
• Work closely with senior IS team members to ensure critical support issues are escalated and resolutions integrated back into development

The anticipated salary range for the position is $17.00-$23.00 per hour. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
