You will assist with ticket flow, document how-to guides, and basic reporting, while coordinating with senior IS staff to ensure timely escalations and resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding standard computer system terminology.
• 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a customer service setting.
• Strong technical aptitude with a desire to understand software platforms.
• Ability to work independently under the guidance of a senior team member.
• Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

The anticipated salary range for the position is $17.00-$23.00 per hour. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
