Software Engineering and Computer Science, Adjunct Faculty

Adjunct instructors instruct students, participate in appropriate curricular and co‑curricular assignments and functions, and perform the necessary administrative obligations.

Job Description

Typical duties include but not limited to:

  • Plans and teaches lessons in assigned courses. Assignments may include courses in software engineering and computer science.
  • Prepares syllabi, instruction materials, coordinates and evaluates lectures and tests.
  • Maintains highest possible standards of classroom instructions.
  • Keeps abreast of new information and developments in field of instruction.
  • Serves on university committees and participates in institutional meetings.
  • Assists with the development of curriculum.
Other duties
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
