Job Summary
Adjunct instructors instruct students, participate in appropriate curricular and co-curricular assignments and functions, and perform the necessary administrative obligations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach lessons in assigned courses, including software engineering and computer science.
- Prepare syllabi and instructional materials, coordinate and evaluate lectures and tests.
- Maintain the highest possible standards of classroom instruction.
- Keep abreast of new information and developments in the field of instruction.
- Serve on university committees and participate in institutional meetings.
- Assist with the development of curriculum.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field and at least 18 credit hours from a regionally accredited institution.
