Onto Innovation is seeking a software professional to contribute to the development of control software for semiconductor tooling. You will work on C++/C#, .NET in a Windows 64-bit environment, participate in full software life cycle, and deploy at customer sites while coordinating with hardware and systems teams.

The role emphasizes architecture, multi-threading, and hands-on experience with Visual Studio, with an opportunity for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Based in Milpitas, CA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience.
• 5+ years of software development using C++, C#, or .Net Framework.
• Experience developing Semiconductor tool control software.
• Experience developing SECS/GEM Software and factory automation.
• Strong architecture and design experience using modular / OOP / OOD.

Responsabilidades

• Software development activities using C++/C#, Managed C++, .NET in Windows 64-bit environment.
• Participate in all stages of software development including deployment/trouble shooting at customer sites.
• Take ownership of assigned design and development tasks for current and future generations of products.
• Responsible for software product life cycle from requirement analysis to testing.
• Work with hardware and systems/application groups to map system requirements to software design.
