Job summary

Kitware, a research and development software company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a strong C++ and Python developer to join projects spanning computer vision, machine learning, and AI. You will translate research into robust software and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and customers, delivering solutions across Linux, macOS, and Windows.

You'll work on 3D reconstruction, object detection, and anomaly detection, contribute to open source platforms like VIAME and TeleSculptor, and have

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Experience with development tools and environments (Visual Studio, gcc, clang, make, CMake, CDash).
Ability to develop for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance.
