iCapital is seeking a Backend Software Engineer at Vice President level to design, build, and operate services powering the iCapital platform. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical partners throughout the development lifecycle. Our service-oriented platform primarily uses Scala, Ruby, and Python, but prior experience with these languages is not required. We value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
