Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise AI solutions in a hybrid US-based role. You will lead the AI platform team, align with stakeholders, and drive scalable, reliable AI systems using LangGraph and Databricks.

You should have 5+ years of software engineering, strong Python, experience with production AI, AWS, and REST APIs, plus expertise in observability and CI/CD practices.

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Lead AI Platform Engineer.

What You Will Be Doing: You will be part of the AI engineering team, leading the design and development of an enterprise AI platform that powers agentic workflows across structured and unstructured data. In this role, you will collaborate closely with platform engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable AI solutions. You will oversee the deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of production AI systems, ensuring they meet operational standards and deliver measurable business value. This is a hybrid position with a focus on innovative, high-impact AI platform development, requiring a proactive and technically skilled leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments.
• Develop and optimize agentic workflows, orchestration pipelines, and tool integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-grade production software.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production AI systems—especially with RAG solutions.
• Experience with Databricks and LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks, observability, and tracing solutions.
• Familiarity with agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, and large language model (LLM) evaluation techniques.
• Experience working within AWS production environments.
• Proficiency designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding principles and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AgentBricks and LangChain frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tooling like MLflow, Grafana, or DeepEval.
• Certification in AWS, Databricks, or related AI domains.
• Exposure to multi-agent system deployment and Terraform infrastructure management.

Pay: $67.20 – $96.00/hr
