Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Staff or Principal AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy customer-facing AI products within a fast-growing enterprise AI platform environment. You will drive technical strategy and own critical components alongside a high-velocity engineering team.

You will work on LLMs, agents, retrieval, and automation, with a strong focus on production-grade systems, scalability, and impact across our data platforms. Hybrid SF Bay Area role with competitive equity and benefits.

They are seeking a Staff or Principal AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy customer-facing AI products while driving technical strategy within a highly collaborative, high-impact engineering team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge Graph experience using Neo4j, Neptune, or similar technologies.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Scala, Go, or Java for high-performance applications.
• Background in Apache Spark, distributed systems, or large-scale data platforms.
• Experience building developer tools, AI coding assistants, or code generation systems.
