Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and operating innovative backend services and internal tools. Your work will directly empower our client success teams and enable our data science teams to fine-tune underwriting and fraud workflows for our customers. These workflows are critical to scaling our business, expanding our product offerings, and ensuring customer success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using TypeScript. Support, improve, and optimize existing backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Support and triage production incidents in real time.
- Improve team efficiency and productivity by advising on process improvement ideas.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and service oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Understanding of DevOps principles.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
