Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer for its Intelligence Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area to join a top-tier agile team. You will develop across SDLC, implementing robust testing, and working with Java, Python, C/C++, and cryptographic frameworks.

You will participate in standups and PI planning, delivering secure, reliable enterprise software. Requires TS/SCI with polygraph, and experience across web services, UI, and databases.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with relevant degree and experience; multiple roles substituted for degree.
• Strong Java experience with various frameworks and tools.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, C/C++, SQL; familiarity with XML/JSON.
• Proficiency in IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code, Visual Studio, WebStorm).
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server databases.
• Web UI development with Spring, AngularJS, JSON, HTML, XML, XSLT.
• Source control and configuration management tooling experience.
• Knowledge of cryptographic concepts and cryptographic tooling.
• Cross-platform development on Windows and Linux; web services.</n>
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies; analyze complex requirements.
• Develop, test, integrate, and deploy new capabilities for enterprise system.
• Implement robust testing using DevOps automation and BDD patterns.
• Develop server-side logic and UI development for a large complex system.
• Document automation scripts and promote code reuse across teams.
