B4Corp is seeking a talented Software Engineer in Chantilly, VA, to support a critical program. You will develop and enhance secure, scalable applications using Java, Python, and relational databases within an Agile team.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and offers compensation up to $240,000 per year, with core hours 9am-4pm. Collaboration across cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver secure software solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Java and Python development in Agile environments.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Develop backend solutions using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for functionality and interoperability.
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and system integrations.
