Job description

Update existing software and develop new software solutions to address a specific need or solve a particular business problem. Contribute to all development activities in accordance with appropriate methodologies and application of a repeatable, systematic and quantifiable approach to the development process. Develop commercial software applications using sound, repeatable, industry standard methodologies. Write commercial software application solutions based on detailed requirements and system specifications. Telecommuting Available 100%.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a Developer or related occupation. Or a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Developer or related occupation. UI/Java EE, Restful Web Services, JAX‑R S, HTML, JavaScript, React/Angular, CSS, Spring Boot/Spring MVC and PowerShell, and azure; SQL / PLSQL coding, query performance and efficiency tuning; Web application development using client-side frameworks and libraries including AngularJS; Java test frameworks including Junit; Software Development Lifecycle, tools and methodologies including waterfall, scrum, and agile; Source control software (ADO, Git or SVN); and Network and client-server communication including REST, web sockets, and server-sent events.
