Dematic is seeking a talented Software Support Engineer to provide remote, second-level customer support within Dematic's Customer Service team. The work schedule involves rotating 12-hour night shifts, four nights on and four nights off. The role requires close collaboration with customers, first-level technicians, and software/technical engineers to resolve customer issues. On-site support may occasionally be required during emergencies. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, and networking.

The estimated base pay range is $65,000 - $110,000, with final compensation based on location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
