Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to guide a team responsible for document composition and PDF generation. The role encompasses planning, estimating effort, and mentoring team members while delivering high-quality software in a compliant, secure, and continuously improving environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of test-driven development, Agile SDLC, and mainframe/distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of related experience, and experience with test-driven development and agile processes.
• Candidates should bring leadership and mentoring ability, strong software design and DevOps/SDLC knowledge, and experience with mainframe and distributed systems; banking and document-composition tools are desirable.
