Job summary

Regions Bank in Atlanta seeks a Lead Software Engineer to steer a software engineering team, estimate effort, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional partners. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining document-composition applications across mainframe and distributed systems.

You will address performance, quality, compliance, and operational issues while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices in design, SDLC, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of related experience, and experience with test-driven development and agile processes.
• Leadership and mentoring, strong communication and problem-solving, and knowledge of design patterns, DevOps, SDLC, and software architecture; banking and document-composition experience are desired.
