Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer SME to lead the design, development, and sustainment of .NET-based CRS applications at RRMC in Blue Ridge Summit, PA. The role requires deep secure software development expertise in classified environments and an active Secret clearance.

You will guide a development team, translate complex requirements into robust software, and ensure system security, performance, and reliability within a government program.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience in classified environments and SCIF settings.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and enterprise app development.
• Experience with SQL databases and data-driven apps.
• Familiarity with RMF and secure coding practices.
• Git and Agile software development experience.

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Software Engineer SME to support our contract at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) in Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

• Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong .NET expertise to support the Continuity & Readiness System (CRS) at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex.
• The selected candidate will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications that support national continuity operations.
• This role requires deep expertise in secure software development within classified environments and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with government stakeholders.
• The position is fully onsite within a SCIF and requires an active Secret clearance.

Job Duties

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of .NET-based applications supporting CRS.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, secure software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
• Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and security in a classified environment.
• Integrate applications with existing enterprise systems, databases, and external interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support system deployments, upgrades, and configuration management activities.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to meet mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and secure coding standards.
• Document system architecture, design decisions, and technical processes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (required to start).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Experience working in classified environments and/or SCIF settings.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with SQL databases and data-driven application development.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at RRMC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a mission-critical environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with government stakeholders.
