Job summary

ARCHER in the United States seeks a Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of a petabyte-scale multimedia review tool, overseeing feature delivery, bug fixes, and security enhancements.

You will integrate analytics and ingestion workflows, deploy across environments, and guide a team of developers within an Agile framework, contributing to planning and delivery. A TS clearance and citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Requires recent, direct experience building petabyte-scale multimedia analysis platforms.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

Job description

Lead development of a multimedia review tool, including feature delivery, bug fixes, security enhancements, and integration of analytics and ingestion workflows. Deploy and maintain the tool across development and operational environments, while leading developers and contributing to Agile planning and delivery.

Requirements:

Requires recent, direct experience building petabyte-scale multimedia analysis platforms and developing applications for petabyte-scale data and high-throughput processing, along with U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. Candidates should be proficient in Java and front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue, and have Agile, CI/CD, technical leadership, and troubleshooting experience; 8+ years of software engineering experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
